I started taking Biotin and Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins for about two weeks now because I am fed up. I do not use heat on my hair expect for the maybe month Enzo curling wand. Otherwise its oiled up in a bun or braided up with conditioner for the whole day. Going to start Hot Oiling my hair again.My hair used to be curly, healthy and shiny. Moving to Hawaii has been lovely and all but my hair is not having it. With a new job it is loosing it... literally. My hair has been nothing but dry, wavy and falling out. It has lost its mind and I am over it.Oh- and the salt water probably not helping either.
